These terms cover your use of the ASOblick app for Mac and this website. By using the app you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to trap you.

The license

ASOblick is licensed to you for personal or business use on Macs you own or control, under the standard Apple App Store license terms. You may not redistribute the app or pass off its output as coming from Apple.

Subscriptions

ASOblick is sold through the Mac App Store on two paid plans, ASOblick Pro and ASOblick Max. Both are auto-renewing subscriptions and both are available monthly or yearly. Pro includes up to 5 tracked apps; Max has no limit on tracked apps, and the two plans are otherwise identical. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Billing, refunds, and payment handling are Apple's, under Apple's terms.

If you move from Max down to Pro while tracking more than 5 apps, nothing is deleted. You choose which 5 keep recording, and the rest pause with their saved data intact.

If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted. The app returns to its free limits: your oldest tracked app keeps updating, any other apps pause with their saved data intact, and everything resumes if you subscribe again.

About the data the app shows

• Keyword ranks come from Apple's public iTunes Search API. They closely track the App Store's real results, but Apple personalizes some results, so small differences can occur.
• Difficulty and popularity scores are ASOblick's own estimates computed from public data. They are labeled as estimates in the app because that is what they are. They are not Apple's numbers.
• Sales and advertising reports shown by the optional connections are your own data, fetched from Apple with keys you created, and stay on your Mac.

Make business decisions with your own judgment; ASOblick informs them, it does not make them.

Apple's content

App names, icons, and rankings shown in the app are public App Store data belonging to their respective owners. Device bezel images you import into the screenshot studio are licensed to you directly by Apple under Apple's Design Resources license; ASOblick does not bundle or redistribute them.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, and the app is built to fail loudly rather than show wrong data, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service from Apple's public endpoints, and we are not liable for decisions made from the data shown.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
